Return and refund policy

We understand that ordering fashion online requires confidence, so this policy exists to clearly explain how returns, refunds, and exchanges work, in a way that’s fair to both you and our brand.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through wavewears.store and is part of our commitment to transparency, quality, and customer satisfaction.


1. Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns under the conditions below:

  • Returns must be requested within 21 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in resellable condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Items must be free of odors (perfume, smoke), makeup marks, stains, pet hair, or fabric damage.

Our garments often feature premium materials, textured fabrics, layered tailoring, or structured silhouettes. To preserve quality for all customers, returned items must be handled with care and returned in the same condition in which they were received.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, customization, or clearance reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.

  • Accessories, including scarves, belts, and promotional gifts.

  • Any item showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery.

  • Limited-run or specially treated pieces where returns are restricted (as stated on the product page).

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at service@wavewears.store with:

    • Your order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return (sizing, fit, style, etc.)

  2. Receive approval and instructions. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Pack your return carefully using the original packaging whenever possible.

  4. Ship using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.


4. Refund Processing

Once your return arrives at our facility and passes inspection:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or fulfillment errors.

  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

  • International refunds may take longer due to currency conversion and processing times.

If a returned item does not meet eligibility standards, we reserve the right to:

  • Deny the refund

  • Issue store credit

  • Return the item to the customer at their expense


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges when stock availability allows:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 21 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the item is defective.

Exchanges are ideal for size adjustments or switching to a different color or variation of the same product.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Every order is carefully inspected before shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Include clear photos and your order number.

  • Do not wear or wash the item before contacting us.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Covered issues include:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Missing components

  • Incorrect item sent

Damage caused by improper care, washing, or wear after delivery is not covered.


7. Return Shipping Guidelines

Domestic (USA):

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable service.

International Orders:

  • Return shipping, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

wavewears is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

  • Once an order is shipped, it must follow the standard return process.

Limited drops and fast-moving items may ship quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if cancellation is needed.


9. Customer Responsibility & Care

Our designs balance street edge with everyday comfort. To maintain longevity:

  • Follow care instructions included with each garment.

  • Avoid excessive heat, harsh detergents, or improper storage.

  • Items returned with care-related damage may not qualify for refunds.

We encourage mindful purchasing and are always happy to assist with sizing or product questions before checkout.
