  • High-demand or limited drops: up to 5 business days

Before shipment, each item undergoes a quality inspection to ensure fabric integrity, stitching accuracy, and overall wearability. Our collections emphasize comfort, durability, and design precision, so we take extra care before dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all U.S. states using reliable, trackable carriers.

Available Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days after processing

  • Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days after processing

Shipping timeframes are estimates and begin once the package leaves our fulfillment center. While we aim for on-time delivery, carrier-related delays may occasionally occur.

  • Delivery timelines may be affected by customs clearance, local courier operations, or regional regulations

Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their local authorities

  • These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost

We recommend reviewing your country’s import policies prior to placing an order. WaveWears is not able to declare shipments as gifts or undervalue packages.

WaveWears is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as stolen.

  • Address changes can only be requested before shipment

  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute or modify the delivery address

WaveWears is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.


10. Returned & Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refused delivery

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. Refunds for returned packages will exclude original shipping charges.
