When will my order ship?
We process orders within 3–5 business days. Each garment, from vintage-inspired denim jackets to minimalist tees, is carefully crafted, sewn, and inspected for quality. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow the journey.
How long will delivery take?
For domestic orders, delivery typically takes 6–12 business days. International shipments may take anywhere from 10–25 business days, depending on customs procedures and the destination country. Custom orders, especially our handpicked pieces, may require additional time to ship.
What if my tracking number isn’t updating?
In rare cases, courier systems experience delays. If your tracking number doesn’t update within 48 hours of shipment, don’t worry. Please reach out to our customer service team at service@wavewears.store, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet shipped, we can help you change the shipping address. Please reach out to us immediately at service@wavewears.store. However, once the order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. For fragile items, such as custom denim jackets or vintage sweatshirts, extra padding and protective packaging are used. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please inspect your package upon arrival.
