For exclusive, seasonal, or highly customized items, the MOQ may be higher. We aim to support boutiques and online stores, big and small, by offering flexible order sizes that suit your needs. Do you offer international shipping for wholesale orders?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times depend on the destination, volume, and customs regulations. We will provide a shipping estimate once your wholesale account is approved. We ensure that all products are packed securely to protect against any damage during transit. For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply, depending on the destination country.

How are the garments produced?

All garments at Wave Wears are handcrafted in our studio using premium, ethically sourced fabrics, such as soft cotton blends, high-quality wool, and recycled materials. Our team will review your application and get back to you within 3–5 business days. Once approved, we’ll provide you with access to our wholesale catalog and pricing.

What are the payment terms for wholesale orders?

We accept payment via wire transfer, credit card, and PayPal. For first-time orders, we typically require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment. For established clients, we offer flexible payment options, including net 30-day terms, subject to approval. If you require customized payment terms, please let us know and we can discuss options based on your needs.

Do you offer returns or exchanges for wholesale orders?

Due to the customized nature of our products, wholesale orders are typically non-returnable. However, if the garments arrive damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement or credit.
